Customer Feedback

Whilst we strive for constant improvement in our business every day, we also accept that we can make mistakes. Please accept our sincere apologies on the very rare occasions when we fall short but as we strive to get better, be safe in the knowledge we walk away from nothing. If you have an issue, small or large then let us know as soon as you can and we will do something about it. Its not the mistake but how you go about correcting it. We are not an internet business, we have a door you can walk through and always be greeted with a warm welcome, a phone number that you can ring and be guaranteed a return call even if we miss you initially, emails get answered and social media is monitored regularly to provide responses wherever we can. We are rightly proud of our positive reputation we have worked hard to earn & thankful for our highly rated reviews and will do everything we can to enhance & protect it. We are confident in everything we do and offer but not arrogant to believe that we are the finished article, "kaizen" is our moto! Feel free to leave feedback for us, positive hopefully but we are more than happy to accept constructive criticism, whether it be about the level of service received, improvements to the website or how to make a better cup of tea! We thank every customer for their valued business so far and to those yet to cross our path, we look forward to serving you well in the future!
