Wooden Surrounds

Our collection of wooden surrounds is designed to give you the widest choice from traditional, classical to ultra modern. Between ourselves and our suppliers team of professional craftsmen, we pride ourselves in providing you with the finest quality fire surrounds at the best possible prices.

Every surround can be made to measure from a wide choice of wood colours and come with the option of downlighters if required. All our wooden surrounds are suitable for gas fires - when combined with a marble or granite back & hearth set and electric fires with the same or a wooden set than be produced in several colours to match or contrast as required.

We now supply a large selection of surrounds by GB Mantels

They offer a fully bespoke made to measure service so each surround can be made to your specification and come in a variety of different laminates, pastel colours and solid oak versions. There is also a range of complimenting mirrors should you wish to finish our suite off with one.

Important Mantel Information

Under no circumstances should oak veneer mantels be installed with High Effiency or balanced flue gas fires.

When fitting surrounds with solid fuel applications only Solid Oak or Pastel surrounds should be used & HETAS approved  

All standard fire surrounds will accommodate a 37" x37" back panel.

All downlights are provided with 1.5m of cable 5 Amp plug.

Removal of this plug will invalidate your warranty and may

overload the transformer, causing the lights to fuse.

Solid Timber Mantles & Beams

Whilst the finishes of the laminates are very consistent, those surrounds made from solid timber will always have variations and some imperfections in them, this is perfectly normal and is part of the beauty that natural products offer.

Our beams are made & supplied by a local craftsman and are 100% sourced from in this country from sustainable & renewed forests. All beams are made by hand and can M2M in a style and finish of your choice
