Surveys

We are happy to carry out no obligation surveys, whether it is for a fire, fireplace or full solid fuel installation. There can be many complexities involved within the fitting process so we are happy to put your mind at rest and ensure the installation of your purchase goes as smoothly as possible.

For a trouble free installation:

  • Please leave space for the fitters van outside or on the driveway.

  • Leave clear access to the gas meter.

  • We will cover the floors around the work area.

  • Please move as much furniture as is possible from the room especially any breakables.

  • Please cover all remaining furniture as there will be dust created when fitting.

  • Please let fitter know if there are any hidden wires present under your flooring (speaker/phone/aerial, etc)

  • Balances to be settled on completion of installation.

  • Fitter to be paid before they leave.
